1. How to caculate the slope style house area?
a.standard modulars explain:
The length and the width are measured by " K ", 1K=1820mm; the height is measured by " P ", 1P=950mm,So our standard slope house’s specification is nKxnKxnP(WxLxH).
1K=1820mm
1P=950mm
Generally speaking, the width of our house is 2K～6K.
Length ≥3K.
Height=3,6,9P.
One floor= 3P =2.85m, Two floors =6P. Three floors=9P

b.Area Calculation
The area of a standard prefab house is calculated by the following rule:
① Area of house = (Exterior Wall Length+0.16m)×( Exterior Wall Width+0.16m)×Storey amount.
0.16m is the width of C section steel column in two sides.
② Area of a standard stair is 4.5 sq.m per set. Coner stair (special for three floors) is 16m2/pc. The stair total area added according to the stair quantity.
③ Area of balcony is :LengthX1m.
④ Area of awning is half balcony's area.
⑤ Total Area =①+②+③+④

Take the above house 4Kx10Kx6P(WxLxH) as example:
①Area of house =(4x1.82+0.16)x(10x1.82+0.16)x2=273.197
②2 sets stair area : 4.5x2=9
③Area of balcony:(10x1.82+0.16)X1=18.36
④Area of awning:(10x1.82+0.16)X1 /2=9.18
⑤Total Area =273.197+9+9.18+18.36=309.74sq.m
 

2. HOW TO CACULATE THE FLAT STYLE HOUSE AREA?
a. standard modulars explain:
The length and the width are measured by " T ", 1T=1150mm; the height is measured by " H", 1H=1000mm,
So our standard flat house’s specification is nTxnTxnH(WxLxH).
1T=1150mm
1H=1000mm
Generally speaking, the width of our house is 3T～6T.
Length ≥3T.
Height=3,6H
One floor= 3H =3.00m, Two floors =6H=6m.

b.Area Calculation
The area of a standard prefab house is calculated by the following rule:
① Area of house = (Exterior Wall Length+0.16m) ×( Exterior Wall Width+0.16m) × Storey amount.
0.16m is the width of C section steel column in two sides.
② Area of a standard stair is 4.5 sq.m per set.If need two sets,the total area of stair is 4.5x2=9 sq.m.
③ Area of awning is half of its projective area on level surface.
④ Area of balcony is its projective area on level surface.
